Marketing Consultant
Roseline Chisveto served as Managing Director for a manufacturing listed company-Turnall Holdings. She holds an MBA and an Honours Business Studies Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. Roseline has Diplomas in Marketing and Public Relations. She has vast marketing and business management experience in manufacturing and service industry. She joined Turnall in September 2007 as Marketing Services Manager from Telecel where she was Public Relations Executive. She has held senior positions at Turnall, including Sales and Marketing Executive.She served as Head Marketing and PR of NetOne. She also served as a Councilor of Business Council for Sustainable Development Zimbabwe (BCSDZ) and an active member of the Miracle Missions Police and Prisoners Networking Group. She has served as a Non-Executive Director of ZENT, a subsidiary of ZESA Holdings . She is the Chairperson of Women in Marketing and she is also serving in the Zimbabwe Indian Women Business Council, also served in the Mentorship and Coaching Committee. She served on the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe Board of Directors and was past Vice Chairperson of CZI Mashonaland Chamber. Currently she is doing Marketing Consultancy.
Chief HR Director(Area Service Director for Y'S Men)
Biata is the Chief HR Director with a robust background in human resources management. She plays a crucial role in shaping the company's HR strategies and policies.She is a member of IPMZ, Marketers Association of Zim, PROWEB, Rotary Club of Harare Central, Boundless Women Network, Y'sMen and YMCA. She is also a Board Member for the last two clubs Y'smen and YMCA. She has won an Award from PROWEB for best outstanding Achievement.
Strategic HR Director
Claris Mugumira is the Strategic Human Resources Director at Etiquette HR Consultancy and is a holder of the Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Human Resources Management with the Great Zimbabwe University. She also holds a Certificate in Labour Relations with the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ). She served as the first Vice Chairperson of the Private Employment Agency Association of Zimbabwe (PEAAZ) and is recognised as one of the members who was involved in the drafting of the initial constitution , establishment of the Migrant Resource Centre (MRCs) and drafting of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the Association. She has 13 years experience in the Human Resources Management field , 8 of which she was working as a Senior Human Resources Consultant holding Managerial positions. Claris is also an active member of the Women in HR Networking Forum. She is a strategic leader who is focused on ensuring effective implementation of the organisation's strategy including client relationship management and other various management tasks to ensure positive feedback from programs. She has worked with organisations which ranges from small to medium such as Econet , Stewart Banc, Banc ABC, Chloride Zimbabwe and Cai Logistics to mention but a few in Employee Training and development programs. She exudes confidence and diligence in whatever tasks at hand to meet set goals. She believes that "Human Resources isn't a thing we do, its the thing that runs our business."
